3. Personal growth is defined at this school as the ability to integrate & harmonize conflicts and opposites within oneself, to embrace the light and dark within so that our original nature, our authentic self beyond the play of opposites can be realized moment to moment.
4. Commit to understanding that everything in the material world is energy expressed as either a Yin or Yang movement and further refined by the 5 Transformations of energy. Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, & Metal ( see image below).
